A data science futurist whose focus is on using her data analytics skillset to create strategy advancing sustainability goals and social change. Yvonne has acquired 19 years of statistical analysis practice with a proven track record in predictive modeling work across Insurance, Government, Retail and Financial Services.

Yvonne spent thirteen years at LexisNexis Risk Solutions (LNRS) developing her work in Predictive Modeling and Analytics. She managed the DMV Motor Vehicle Records Analytics team providing guidance to clients regarding design, development, and implementation of analytic products and services evaluating driver histories across all 50 states. Her work in Underwriting Auto & Property included the uses and restrictions of public record data.  She led in the creation of a series of attributes identified in Property & Loss Pre-fill data packs now commonly used in insurance ratings and Quantitative Analysis. In the Federal and State/Local government space, Yvonne crafted customer solutions needs driving insightful development for Continuous Evaluation (CE) and reviewing potential analytic approaches to raising the bar on security screening capabilities.

While at LNRS, for Yvonne’s community service work in STEM, she was awarded the 2019 RELX Recognizing Those That Care international award. In 2018 she received the award for Outstanding Leadership within the African-Ancestry Network ERG.

Yvonne has a M.Sc. in Decision Science from Georgia State University (GSU), J. Mack Robinson College of Business and a B.Sc. in Mathematics from Spelman College.  She holds the EMC2 Data Science Associate (EMCDSA) and SAS Business Analyst certifications.  Yvonne shares her knowledge as an Adjunct Professor at Morehouse College, teaching courses specific to Data Science.

Yvonne is a sustaining member of Junior League Atlanta. Over the years, Yvonne has become an avid dancer learning modern dance and is presently the dance director at Antioch Baptist Church North.  Her mother fostered her love for fashion and her father raised her into the huge sports fan she is today.
